Return Policy:
- ALL returned merchandise must be in original factory condition
- This includes all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards not filled out, and accessories
- DO NOT SEND ITEM BACK WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION
- Send an email to contactus@geroys.com - we will respond back to you with your RMA and detailed instructions for your return process.
- Please make sure the package is clearly marked with the RMA number you received for faster processing
- We are not responsible for items you refuse at delivery or for which you have failed to obtain an RMA number.
